Well, of course the bank declined our initial offer. I expected that, Neil did not. In his fantasy world, whatever price he settles on is the Right Price, regardless of what the market is doing. In the bank's fantasy world, the listing price is the Right Price, regardless of what the market is doing. So now my goal is to get these two fantasy worlds to meet in some sort of paranormal Twilight Zone. Wish me luck!
